We take exceptional care in preparing each order to ensure your candles arrive beautifully presented and protected.
Order Processing
Standard in-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Specialty and custom candles are made to order. These pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted specifically for you and may require an extended processing time of 5–10 business days before shipment. During high-volume seasons, production timelines may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated Transit Times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Local Delivery — Twin Cities
For our local clientele in the Twin Cities area, we are pleased to offer a curated FREE hand-delivery service.
Eligibility Requirements:
Minimum purchase of $30
Delivery address must be within 30 miles of 5123 West 98th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55437
Delivery Details:
Deliveries are completed within 2–5 business days
You will receive notification once your delivery is scheduled
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout
We reserve the right to adjust or decline delivery requests outside of the designated service radius.
Warm Weather & Climate Disclaimer
Our candles are crafted using premium wax blends that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
During warmer months or in hotter climates, candles may soften or melt in transit. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
We are not responsible for product damage resulting from heat exposure after confirmed delivery. If you have concerns about shipping during extreme temperatures, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Damaged Orders
Each order is carefully inspected before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and product so we may assist you promptly.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once dispatched and are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
